Data storage

In our online range and when providing services, we and our contractors store personal data. When doing so, we observe the legal requirements.

Naturally we also conform to the precept of data avoidance and data economy.

We do not process personal data in countries outside of the application area of Directive 95/46/EC.

When you use the CMH website you remain anonymous with the exception of the normal storage of your IP address by your internet provider, unless you voluntarily enter data in a form in one of our pages.

Data types and designated uses

Contact data such as name, company, telephone number, e-mail address of interested parties, contractual partners and third parties. We use this data to make contact, answer and process requests and, when applicable, in providing and invoicing our services. When necessary, we forward this data to common service providers such as DHL or DPD when dispatching letters or goods, or cashing direct debits.

Other data from forms on our web pages. We store this data to be able to process the requests and comments from interested parties and contractual partners.

Content from correspondence is entered by us when requests and orders are processed by e-mail or by other documents, and is only stored and used for the purposes agreed upon.

Payment data such as details of bank account or credit cards is entered by us when requests and orders are processed by e-mail or by other documents, and is only stored and used for the purposes agreed upon. When necessary, we forward this data to our main bank or credit card company.

Server logs (date, time, URL of web pages, browser type/version, used operating system, IP address). The log files from our web server are required to provide and invoice server capacities by our appointed provider. The log data is deleted at short intervals. We do not consolidate this data with other personal data.

Data security

We protect the stored data by appropriate means from unauthorized access, unauthorized changes, disclosure and loss.

Only those staff members and contractors have access to the personal data that is absolutely required to provide the service in question.

Information and corrections

As soon as we are informed about incorrect data, we correct, block and/or delete this data.

You can check whether we have stored any personal data and the content of the data at any time. Just contact the CMH data protection officer at the address below.

Similarly, you can also contact the CMH data protection officer if you ever wish to change or delete any personal data we may have stored.
